How do I determine what sizes to order?
Use the online size chart associated with each garment.

What if my child needs a special size not offered on your site?

What are my payment options?
Visa, MasterCard, or American Express on our secured website.

How soon will my credit card be charged after placing my order?
The pre-authorization is being processed on the credit card as soon as the order is placed. However, the credit card will not be charged until the merchandise is shipped.
 
How will I know when my order ships? We will send you an email confirming the contents of your order and a link to FedEx so that you can track your order via the web.

How will my order be shipped?
Your order will be shipped FedEx ground. All orders sent to PO boxes will arrive via the United States Postal Service.

How quickly will I receive my merchandise after ordering?
Within seven to ten business days after you place your order. In the rare event an item is backordered you will be notified by email or mail.
