How long will it take to receive my order?
All orders are processed Monday through Friday, during regular business hours. If the merchandise is available, your order will be filled and shipped within 3 to 5 business days.
How will I know when my order ships?
We will send you an email confirming the contents of your order and a link to FedEx so that you can track your order via the web.
How will my order be shipped?
Your order will be shipped FedEx ground. All orders sent to PO boxes will arrive via the United States Postal Service.
What about backorders?
In the rare event an item is backordered, you will be notified by email or mail.

School Time Uniforms stands behind every purchase. Merchandise returns must be done within 90 days of time your order was received and be accompanied by the original receipt.
Returned merchandise must have the original tags attached. No refunds or exchanges on garments that have been washed, worn, altered or personally monogrammed.
Refunds on credit/debit cards will be given on card originally charged. After 90 days, a store credit will be issued. Refunds on items paid with a check will be processed after a 10 business day waiting period. The refund check will be mailed from the corporate office. Refunds in-store for items purchased with cash will be given cash.
Exchanges may be done at any point as long as original tags are attached and the item has not been washed, worn, altered or personally monogrammed.
Return shipping charges are the responsibility of the customer. Returns can be brought to any School Time Uniforms store.
